Ristorante Momento — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

This is the third year in a row that my girlfriend and I have been in Hyvinkaa for Steelfest. Each time we have needed somewhere to go and eat proper food.

Location is what drew us into Momento as it's at the front door of the Willa shopping centre.

There's a good menu of food and critically, English menus. The usual Pizza and Pasta is available but on top, we had a good selection of meat cutlets. Pork dishes, Steaks and burgers. There's a small bet with beers and a desert menu too.

Cost is about €40 for 2 people with drinks. A very reasonable price for quality meals. Portion size is worth a mention too. Frankly, the plates come loaded and it's hard to finish.

There's booth seating which gives a bit of privacy which is what we normally like.

Toilets are clean and fresh. Staff are very welcoming and eager to help.

Each time I come I'm happy to spend my money there and that means I can't...

So the thing Is that I ordered a pasta . Came quite fast but wrong pasta. When I wanted to cancel the order and I asked for my money to return they said they they don’t return the money . So I waited for another pasta what was really salty. Couldn’t eat it at all . Even my wife tasted it and said that it is too much salty. Anyway so I left. I couldn’t it it and didn’t get my money back. Really...

Itse momenton vakkariasiakkaana Itiksessä jo 15v ajan ja itse ac-tarjoilijana olin erittäin pettynyt Willan Momentoon. Asiakaspalvelu oli luotaantyöntävää eikä tullut tervetullut olo ravintolaan. Päinvastoin, tuntui kuin tarjoilijaa ärsyttäisi asiakkaiden tulo. Ruoka ei myöskään ollut samantasoista kuin muissa momentoissa. Ranskalaiset olivat ihan liian vähän aikaan olleet fritissä ja hampurilainen oli jostain syystä vain osittain kasattu. Osa täytteistä oli laitettu lautasen sivuun. Kun serviisiä oli vielä 15min jäljellä vilkuili osa tarjoilista ärtyneen oloisina pöytäämme. Lisäksi pöytämme viereen tuotiin roskarullakko ja alettiin kaikin tavoin tekemään selväksi että on aika poistua. Itse tarjoilijana ymmärrän, että kaikki haluaa kotiin eikä ole mitään ärsyttävämpää kuin alkaa häätämään vitkuttelevia asiakkaita. Sulkemisen jälkeen, ei kesken serviisin! Silloinkin se tehdään ammattitaidolla! Itse kokisin erittäin suuren kolauksen ammattiylpeyteeni jos loisin asiakkaille luotaantyöntävän olon tai toisin omaa kiireen tuntua esille.
