The Butter Boys — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

The place looks neat and the atmosphere was good. However I was disappointed that even after main course Uuh-Mami Cheese and Texas Twinkie costing 25€ I was left hungry I don”t know if its just me but I wish the burger had come with bit more on the side even if it was just more pickled onion. Or the side dish would have been little bigger. Second weird thing is that you pay when you order and the payment terminal asks for tip just when you have arrived to place before you even have had customer service, if the customer service is excellent I am ready to give a tip even though its not really a thing here but asking it right when entering to restaurant just seems wrong. However the food was great and definitely one of the best if not the best burger you can get...

We wandered into Butter Boys, a greasy haven where life’s noise quiets under the weight of honest grub. The “Anthony Bourdain”, mortadella and cheese in a lusty, salty embrace—erased every fussy fine-dining memory. The tuna melt, a molten hug of flaky tuna and gooey cheese, warmed our road-worn hearts. The patatas bravas, crispy potatoes with a tangy, mild tomato sauce, were a gentle nudge of comfort, no smoke or fire needed. It’s soul food on a plate. Go, devour, return.

Great atmosphere, service and menu! Really cozy place with reasonable prices.

I had double Anthony Bourdain sandwich. It was delicious and mortadella had superb consistensy with real taste. I bet they use superb ingredients here. We shared french fries with parmesan-truffle mayo as side. That mayo is amazing and I bet it is one of the best tasting mayo I ever had.

I will definetely wanna come back at Butter Boys and try their double patty burger and entecote dishes...
