We had a really nice time at this restaurant. The staff was fantastic - they were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The service was prompt and efficient. The waitress serving us went out of her way to ensure that we had a good experience. She gave us recommendations and explained in detail the different options that we might try. The food was simply delicious and very tasty. It's definitely one of the places to try when in Jyvaskyla. I will certainly be coming...

Ruoka ei ollut kanssa ruokailijan mieleen. Täyte ei maistunut ja osa ruoasta oli palanut. Vaikka tämä ei täysin ole ravintolan vika, niin pelisilmää kannattaa käyttää, kun saa palautteen kysyttäessä, että: "maistuuko?"

Eikä vain lähdetä pois.

Asiakkaalle voivottelukin auttaa pitkälle. Myöeläminen antaa sympatiaa. Ja voisi vaikka kysyä, että miksi ei maistunut ja mitä voisi tehdä toisin.

No mutta nyt meni asiakaspalvelun alkeiden opettamiseksi.

Ribsit oli jees. Liha irtosi todella hienosti.

Mutta muuten aika plääh tunnelma. Olimme tosin suurimman osan aikaa myös ainoat asiakkaat. Meksiko-ravintolaksi itseään mainostavaksi ravintolaksi se Meksiko tuntuu jäävän vain mainokseen. Ei tunnu siltä yhtään.
