The concept is beautiful build and have more to improve in hotel rooms as well in the check in service and restaurant. I have arrived at 10 pm at the hotel and i receive sms with the instruction how to make easy my check in the hotel on that nicht. the touch screen in the entrance room for the check in insurance on the hotel not just make harder my night but already gave me huge disparity to find another hotel in that night. after 28 minutes fighting with the command and responds on my check in service and try to call customer service and receive support by phone and nothing to rich that time , a man just come out from the hotel and guide me out in my self check in macin that they have put lot of energy to understand . First at all make it easy like Omenahotel have by check in by sms . The air in the room was very dry and bean allergic to carpets in general i did se in the description below what type of carpet they have in the room. The room was very cold for the both night i have sleep. It will be nice to have also an air purifier and humidifier in at list 10 rooms ,and to target to serve for people with severe allergy as I M . Read moreI stayed for 2 nights with my 22y daughter. So somehow friends trip. ||The receptionist was pleasant, we were given full instructions about the hotel clearly which was nice as we had no more questions after that.||The room was clean. I did not like the high step to the toilet as I suffer from pain in my joints and it’s difficult to climb such a step if woken in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Another thing that bothered me were the 80cm beds. They were too small. I mean if you are a person that moves a little in their sleep you might fall off the bed. I loved the big window that lessened the need to turn lights on. ||Each floor seems to have a small kitchenette where is a microwave, cutlery, bowls and plates to use if needed. Also there was a fidget with small container with locks (1 container to each room) to put items in if bought for the shop. ||The floor also had a washing room with machine, dryer and iron. Also each floor had toys for kids to borrow and play, which I thought was a wonderful thing.||Coffee and tea are available for guest for free all working hours of the reception. I thought that was so nice because I can’t eat in the mornings but having a cup of coffee is my morning pleasure.||We faced two days of rain and the reception provided an umbrella to borrow. And I heard they also allow guests to borrow bicycles for free in summer times.||Truly lovely and...
Read moreOne of the worst hotels i've stayed in. A room for 3 adults consisted of 2 beds and 1 kids bed in which you could only sleep, not site in and read a book or watch a movie. The room it self looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We found some pills on the floor, the chairs were dirty and stained, the towels were dirty, curtains looked like someone had used them as toilet paper. The heating was broken and there was no AC, so we had to jimmy open the window which had no handles to get some air, The step from bathroom to the room it self was so big it almost needed a ladder and there were many many dead flies between the windows. I understand that this hotel is supposed to be eco friendly or what not, but are you leaving the flies out to feed the spiders and dont use any cleaning products ? Only good thing is that we had to stay there for only 1 night....
