Seriously the coolest dining experience in Rovaniemi. I had heard about Glowing Ember via the tourism site and immediately checked for availability and I got in. The night was so cozy and relaxing- all 6 courses were impeccable and delicious. I loved the thought that went into each course and the precision with plating each made everything so appealing visually! I can’t wait to come back! The experience was also so fairly priced. Next time I will come back (without a car) so I can take advantage of the wine...
