Royal Reindeer Ounasvaara — Restaurant in Rovaniemi sub-region

The place is really nice and pretty, the snow trees, the decorations are nice. Is okay but maybe a bit expensive for what we got, 40 euros for bbq pork, breaded fish, breaded chicken and some beans and vegetables, the salad options was good, the desert was okay but just 2 options. There are no many food options in Rovaniemis buffets, at least in some other parts of Finland the buffet had more options. I understand that is better not to have food waste, but in that case I would prefer some...

Very nice cosy setting and lots of room to leave your coats etc. Buffet so you can take what you want. Food wasn't the best and isn't great if anyone you're with is a bit fussy as not that much choice - my daughter ate lots of bread and some biscuits but obviously the cost was still 40 euros. They also ran out of desserts before we had a chance to get any but no price reduction for that. Wouldn't recommend unless you can stop...

Järjestimme isämme muistotilaisuuden täällä. Tilaisuus oli tunnelmallinen ja erittäin onnistunut. Ruoka oli todella hyvää ja kaikkea oli riittävästi. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja heidän kanssaan oli helppo asioida alusta loppuun asti. Tuli tunne, että asiakkaista todella välitetään ja tilaisuutemme onnistuminen oli heillekin tärkeä asia. Rakastin miljöötä, ihania koristevaloja ja nurkassa ritisi takkatuli - erityisesti lapset viihtyivät takkatulen ääressä. Etelän vieraat olivat aivan erityisen ihastuksissaan ympäröivästä luonnosta ja ikkunoista avautuvista kauniista maisemista. Olen ollut täällä vieraana häissä, joissa oli noin sata vierasta ja nyt meillä oli pieni tilaisuus, johon kaivattiin omaa rauhaa ja lämmintä tunnelmaa. Tuli todettua, että tila toimii sekä isoihin että pieniin tilaisuuksiin. Suosittelen paikkaa lämpimästi ihan minkälaiseen ja minkä kokoiseen...
