Ravintola Bhanchha Ghar — Restaurant in Salo sub-region

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the lunch buffet. Chinese lunch buffets are everywhere, but this was the first nepalese lunch buffet I've had, and I really enjoyed it. There was a wide variety of sauces to go with the basmati rice, salad was included, naan bread (very fresh, very good) was included, and all for just 9 euro. I feel like I ripped them off.

Additionally, I want to say that the ambience was very nice. In addition to the restaurant tables, there's a very airy and spacious lounge/waiting area with nice couches to wait for your take-away. It really added to the pleasant feeling of the place.

I want to especially recommend the vegetarian option in the buffet. I'm not big on vegetarian dishes generally, but this particular vegetarian option was the best tasting of all the options.

I think every time I visit Salo I will eat here...

Very nice, the worker there was so sweet and the food was amazing! Definetly going there again and the naan bread was very big, and the dish was big for its price, i got the butter chicken and it camr eith a huge naan bread, alot of rice, salad and some sauces and ofcourse the butter chicken.

The chicken was amazing and so was the sauce it was thick and just delicious...

Tried this place recently and ordered the chicken vindaloo and honestly, pretty disappointing. The sauce was really watery and didn’t have that bold flavor you expect from a vindaloo. The chicken was dry, and the potatoes weren’t even fully cooked. Was hoping for something better, but it just didn’t...
