Shahi Flame & Pizza Bites — Restaurant in Savonlinna sub-region

me and my parents will never enter this place again. we ordered 2 pizza's and it took over 1h. at first it took 30min, my dad went to ask about the pizza's, why was it taking so long, then he saw the pizza's were fully burned and black. the chef said "here's your pizza's", to my dad. my dad asked to get the money back but they said they 'couldnt'. then when it took another 30min for the new pizza's they came out slighlty burned and tasted a bit weird and the pizza was flat. the tomatoes were cold and it had pepper on it?! the board didnt say anything about pepper.. my mom rewatched if the board said it had any pepper on it, surprise the board was fully black and you could'nt see the menu. also about the burned pizza's, the whole place started to smell smoky. after we ated the pizza's the other people who had ordered their food started to complain about the food too. why would you start a pizza business if you can't even make two orderds in under 1h. and about the other peoples order's, the cashier tell's them that they didn't have the supplies to make the pizza like, you could have just tell them that you cant make the pizza because you dont have...

Intialainen ravintola, joka tarjoaa myös pizzaa ja kebabia. Ravintolasali on pelkistetty, ilman mitään turhia hienouksia tai koristeita. Sali on lisäksi siisti, toisaalta käyntihetkellä pöydillä oli ruuan murusia, jotka henkilökuntaan kuuluva pyynnöstäni pyyhki oitis pois. Ruoka oli minun makuuni varsin mautonta, eikä sen makua juuri parantanut pyytämäni ekstra chili, sillä chili oli tosi mietoa. Annos oli kaiken lisäksi varsin pieni. Etenkin riisiä olisin kaivannut enemmän, myös salaattia olisi saanut olla runsaammin. Kanan kypsyys oli ihan hyvä, mutta voikastike olisi saanut olla hiukan paksumpaa, minusta se oli liian ohutta. Annokseen kuulunut maissi oli mitä luultavammin peräisin säilykkeestä. Ruokaan kuului lisäksi naanleipä, joka oli hyvää, mutta olisin toivonut sen pinnalle ghiitä. Lisäleivästä olisi veloitettu 2€, kun toisaalla siitä ei veloiteta lainkaan. Myös lisää riisiä saa maksusta. Ruokajuomaksi tarjottiin pelkkää vettä, mutta lisämaksusta olisi toki saanut limukkaakin.
