We visited here today! What an experience đ Hand-made noodles , dumplings and baos! This place has a lot to offer for a reasonable price. We tried braised beef noodle soup with biangbiang noodles, and shangai noodle (spaghetti style) with chicken. We alao tried vegan baos. The broth of noodle soup was extraordinary, the beef was just perfect and pak choi gave it a nice flavor too. It was my first time trying biangbiang noodles and I absolutely loved it, they are thick and flat noodles. Spaghetti noodles were so delicious and fresh too. You can see the chef making noodles in the kitchen. It is that fresh! Thatâs amazing! Baos were very interesting and delicious too. They donât look like the baos weâre used to , they are more similar to dumplings but the dough tastes like bread. It was an interesting and pleasurable experience. Oh and the portions are huge! We had to take some of it home. All these cost 38 euros. Very reasonable in my opinion. Noodles are 15 euros each and baos are 8. It looks like this place will be our go-to place for noodles...

As a big enthusiast of Asian cuisine, I canât even put in words how happy I am that this place has opened here in Tampere. Super delicious, fresh handmade noodles that are chewy and the sauces/broth they come with are full of flavour. You absolutely must try the dumplings and desserts too! The menu is short and not overwhelming which I personally like a lot and I like that you can get an affordable lunch here that absolutely fills u up as the portion size...

Nuudelit sisÀlsi dan dan -nuudeleita muistuttavan, mukavan palveluhenkisen salityöntekijÀn mukaan seesamitahnapohjaisen kastikkeen. Ei kuitenkaan yhtÀ liemimÀinen. Rasvaa annoksessa oli ennÀtysmÀisen paljon. Extrahot oli sopivan tulinen, vaikka en kÀytÀ chiliÀ juuri koskaan. ChilipÀÀt joutuvat siis pettymÀÀn. Tofun koostumus on huono pesusienimÀinen, erilainen kuin mikÀÀn perusruokakaupoissa myytÀvÀ kiinteÀmpi tofu. Ja kun tÀmÀn tyyppistÀ tofua oli vielÀ todella pieni mÀÀrÀ, annoksessa tuskin on kovin paljoa proteiinia. Onneksi salaattipöydÀn herneillÀ voi vÀhÀn tÀydentÀÀ. Aiemmin annokseen kuului soijarouhetta, se olisi paljon parempaa. Itse en toista kertaa mene, ellei "pesusienitofu" vaihdu kiinteÀÀn tofuun tai muuhun proteiiniin.
SalaattipöydÀssÀ oli hauska perunasuikalesalaatti suan la tu dou si. Harmillisen vÀhÀn maustettuna kyllÀkin. Muuten ravintolaa voisi suositella jo pelkÀstÀÀn avartamaan nÀkemystÀ, miten jÀnnÀllÀ tavalla perunasuikaleita voi wokata. Muuten salaattipöytÀ oli suomalaistyylinen: kurkku, vihersalaatti, herneet, marinoitu/pikkelöity kaalisalaatti, jalapeno, Saarioisen kastikkeet.
Lisukkeina löytyy mm. musta Chinkiang-etikka (kannattaa kokeilla perunasuikaleisiin, nuudeleihin, salaatteihin), mustapippurimylly, soijakastike, chiliöljy / crispy chili, suolainen...
