Air conditioned and also outdoor seating. Brightly lit place with a variety of food stalls. Crowded during lunch times so might take a while to find seats in the air conditioned area.

The la mian and xiao long bao stall is my favourite there as the noodles are made fresh in front of you. Also it was similar to the one toa payoh had in the basement food court which closed down so I was happy to find one such stall in Woodlands Mart.

There is a glass section where you can watch the chef knead the dough and cut out the noodles for you. So unlike machine cut ones, the thickness of your noodles might vary. They are very generous with the amount of noodles given so the meat and other ingredients provided might seem little.

If you like spicy food their chilies are quite good when added to the soup. The price of their dishes range between $4-6. They also have around 15 different dishes, so you are...

This halal food court is one the better (or even best) halal food courts there is in Singapore.

My favourite stall here would be the BANMIAN STALL. This stall sells the BEST halal fried fish ban mian in SG handsdown. What sets them apart from other halal banmian stalls is the quality and cooking method of their fried fish. The portion is extemely generous (5pcs per person unlike most places that give only 3pcs of sub-par half-fried half-soggy fish pieces) and the way they're fried is fantastic. Golden brown goodness with a crunch that lasts even when you grab it as a takeaway! The uncle/aunty there have completely nailed their fried fish and it has never failed to make me feel satiated after having ban mian there! Sometimes, i buy their fried fish ban mian just because I was craving just the fried fish alone. No other halal ban mian place can compare to the standard and generosity that this stall...

I see many reviews of stall owners not paying the right prices and scolding customers. I was afraid at first however after sitting here. I don't see any form of aggression so I guess it might be situational. Anyways , I saw a few good reviews all positive for the ban Mian stall. I had order their Fried Fish Mee Hoon Kway , 4/5. I would love to eat here again and give it another try as the fried fish is seperated from the soup and is different in color from the usual Fried Fish Soup places. That itself gives it a high score. Initially I found the soup good but at the end , as I reflected it was just decent. The mee hoon kway , translated to be Hand pulled noodles. Man honestly , if it was freshly made and not the factory made , symmetrical shaped kways of squares and the blandness of the noodles. It might have raised the score of the meal. Do try with the other noodles.

Pretty enjoy eating here as the air conditioner is cool enough to enjoy a meal. Try KING OF PRAWN today. 1st time and last time trying. Order the $8.90 king prawn noodle. The bowl they use is too small. Yes it looks more appealing with everything cramp together n Its definitely made eating so hard. I had to be very careful scooping the noodles to ensure the meat won't spill out. The challenging part is when I need to remove the shell in a tiny bowl. Personally I don't taste any prawn taste is the soup n the prawns r just so so. Attached is the picture that I ate halfway. Sorry for the unglam pic as I really want to share my honest opinion on a lunch that I don't enjoy 😅
