Una volta accolti dal padrone con grande cordialità si é guidato da preziosi consigli nella scelta dei piatti che seguono rigorosamente ingredienti stagionali. La cena si é aperta con un entré offerto dalla casa (crema di zucca con sale affumicato e crostino). Dall'antipasto al dolce si possono apprezzare i singoli ingredienti che sono risaltati dalle mani di un ottimo chef. Une fois accueillis par le propriétaire avec une grande amitié, il a été guidé par des conseils précieux pour choisir des plats qui suivent strictement les ingrédients saisonniers.
