Maison Estrade Puyricard — Restaurant in Aix-en-Provence

A must return next time we are in France! In town for a wedding and we happened upon this gem of a restaurant. The flavor combinations were absolutely spectacular and the service impeccable. We could see that both the staff and chef took great pride in creating a wonderful culinary experience.

Parfait de l'apéritif au dessert! Tout est de très bonne qualité, cuisinė avec soin et d'excellents assaisonnements. Le tarama proposé à l'apéritif, une belle surprise! Aïlė, donc surprenant mais ouahhh..... La rouille servie avec la soupe de poisson.....ouahhh.....à la moutarde, encore surprenant !! Le risotto à la truffe......ouahhh! Le riz au lait au caramel beurre salė, une tuerie! Bref, un excellent moment où on notera que la cuisine proposée est d'une grande qualité et en plus dans des portions généreuses. Le serveur très impliqué et prenant le temps d'échanger , passionnė! Établissement récent, juin 2024 où je reviendrais avec plaisir sans aucun doute. On pourrait juste y attendre quelques quelques petits éléments de décoration pour parfaire l'ambiance, cadres, bougies ou autre à la guise du chef d'établissement pour égaler la chaleur de sa cuisine. Loved this place! I ate lunch here with some friends who were visiting. Varied and seasonal menu, cooked to perfection. Helpful, friendly staff. Setting is very charming. 10/10...
