Ok everyone, this is a must-go place if you are in Salon-de-Provence. The very cosy atmosphere of Tokyo Salon with their exceptional quality, taste and freshness will definitely satisfy the most ardent sushi lovers but it doesn’t end there till you try their very well designed and yummy desert. Located at the heart of old Salon in a small medieval square with a beautiful running fountain, creates a very charming and unique environment which takes you back in time and adds up to your dining experience not to mention the welcoming and friendly waiting staff....

Agréable moment passé au Tokyo Sushis de Salon de Provence. Bien situé, sur une charmante placette avec en bruit de fond la petite fontaine qui coule à proximité. Le beau temps était au rendez vous ce 7 mai midi. Accueil et service parfait. Cadre soigné, intérieur agencè avec goût. La cuisine répond présente avec des plats maîtrisés et très bien réalisés par le chef d'une 15 aine d'années d'expérience qui se ressentent dans l'exécution des plats. Tout est équilibrè et visuellement c'est aussi une réussite. Certainement dans les meilleurs tables de Salon de Provence pour savourer "les parfums du Japon". Cuisine sérieuse et de qualité un restaurant tenu avec beaucoup d'attention. A refaire pour tester d'autres plats en tout cas, recommandé. Gilles PS (repassage encore une fois en soirée cette fois à peine 10 jours plus tard pour tester d'autres plats...Toujours aussi convainquant...Plat de nouille poulet pané, brochettes de poulets, crunchy rolls...très bien. Bières au gingembre testé après celle au Ginzu la fois d'avant... Pour résumer et vous donner une idée, 3 plats, 2 boissons un café pour à peine 43euro, avec une qualité bien présente, le mieux étant de tester...
