La Cigale — Restaurant in Ajaccio

I chose this placed because other people mentioned the friendly staff and the good food. I ordered gnocchi with two cheese and my wife some seafood. The seafood was fine, the gnocchi we're just about average but for 15€ overpriced, since the weren't Handmade. About the service: the waiter wasn't very eager to greet us when we arrived, he wouldn't offer a kid-chair and after asking for one he brought one without saying anything. He never ever checked if everything was alright during the meal (for example I had finished my beer midway and would have drunk another one if only he would have come near our table). At the end he took the empty dishes without asking how the food was and brought us the dessert-card (he actually spoke that time). De séjour dans la superbe région d'Ota pendant 15 jours; le camping nous avait recommandé ce restaurant/ glacier. On a d'abord commencé par goûter les glaces et elles sont renversantes; artisanales, du choix (sorbet/crème glacé ... ) On sent que ça a été fait maison avec de bons produits.

On a donc pendant notre séjour; tout naturellement essayé le restaurant. Tout est parfait la cuisson à la flamme de feu de bois est excellente que ce soit pour les légumes que pour les viandes. Cela a vraiment été un régal; tarification très correcte (pour de la boisson/plat/dessert).

Mention spéciale au serveur et au service; serveur souriant qui s'intéresse à ses clients et à cœur que l'on passe un superbe moment. Service au top (plat bien présenté; attente très convenable...)
