Questa è la vista che si gode dal Ristorante U Castellu. Panorama splendido, specialmente dall'aperitivo in poi, quando si può ammirare il tramonto. Il ristorante ha una vasta scelta di piatti anche italiani. Fanno anche la pizza, per dire. Ma da italiana sui generis preferisco assaggiare sempre i piatti del posto e posso dire che sono buonissimi. Visto che in Corsica l'aperitivo non è molto di moda, basta farsi portare un Vermentinu corso, un vno bianco molto profumato insieme ad un'alzatina di salumeria corsa, fra cui spicca in assoluto la prelibatezza del prosciutto corso magari aggiungendo un piatto di formaggi locali, che di solito vengono serviti alla fine del pasto come dolce.
