Cool family-run outdoor/indoor bistro on Moutiers' main street. The menu includes some unique versions of standard grill staples, and all the ingredients are local whenever possible. The restaurant extends beyond the pedestrian street to another warm welcoming room with some comfortable lounge furniture for those who come for a drink and to listen to the occasional music group. the steaks are excellent, the accompaniments delicious. For moments like these, one is ready to travel thousands of kilometers. I am now in a town of Moûtiers in the department of Haute-Savoye, part of the old kingdom of Savoy in the Rhône Alps. I came here because of this restaurant, la Petite Fabrique. And it did not dissapoint. The burger, Burger Savoyard, goes by throwing in a handful of the best. Le Petite Fabrique has the best food you will have in Moûtiers, don’t think twice! The food is spectacular, whatever you eat you will have that explosion of flavours in your mouth.
