The waiter was attentive, which was the only positive.

Firstly the front doors are closed permanently (why?) and no obvious way of finding the entrance. We were not the only ones as 3 people asked as we were leaving. You have to enter by one of three shop doors, of which 2 are locked, we had an injured person in our party and this was ridiculous how you had to spend 15minutes walking around the whole building working out how to enter, when we were at the main front door we were not even acknowledged.

One of our dishes came 45minutes after everyone else’s, of which the person was no longer hungry due to everyone else (7 people) sharing their meal with the person out of pity, by the time the food arrived everyone had finished their meal. They deliberately sent a young waitress to bring the late food out so we would avoid complaining, who apologised to us. When we complained to our waiter, we were told we had to pay for the dish that wasn’t eaten,

We own an apartment locally and have tried this restaurant over 2 years now, it has so much potential but the food is average for the price and the service has been consistently poor. No wonder every time we have been there it is always relatively empty!

There are far better places, I would recommend Bistro des Cimes opposite. Food was far better, the staff were friendly and it is also much better...

Very good service, high quality food for a reasonable price, but sadly most of the guests think they are at Mcdonald’s. It seems like they stay at the Hegalik hotel next door, and the only thing i can say about those people is that they don’t belong in a restaurant with this quality of food. Very noisy, self praised people, kids running around like they are in a toystore and parents who think it’s very normal, … The only thing i can come up with why nobody says something is because of their big pockets. Stay away in the evening i would say. Been there for lunch 16/01 (was very good, no d*ckheads around) and for dinner today 20/01. 2 people, 2 times at the same spot nearby the wine storage. Before entering, you have to freeze and wait for the staff to open the door. The prices on the menu are high, as are the expectations. After placing the order, we wait 10 minutes for drinks.
