No fuss welcome, helpful and cheerful. It just feels right the moment you walk in. Beautiful local authentic chalet decor, no doubt you are in Savoie, Not immitation . A very good simple and wholesome menu, just 4 or 5 local dishes to choose from and a good selection of local or other wines. No pretence at being lean cuisine and serving you an attractive plate with a thin smear of something delicious but unsubstantial; well located,no intrusive music. A very good place to relax and refuel if you are skiing back to Les Arcs. Gives a feel of a real day out. In the best tradition of a typical family restaurant, self service or table and all at a very fair price. Eat in by the fire or on the balcony. I highly...

Skied out for the day to one side of the map for lunch. A good sized place inside and out, we sat outside (great views). This is a self-serve restaurant and requires navigating several stair cases in your ski boots... Not for everyone.

Food choice is largely a selection of local dishes with a few popular plates from further away. Lots of salads ( not always common in the mountains) and a great range of desserts too. Wide range of beers, soft drinks and some local wines etc.

Can't fault the service from the staff but the accessibility challenges of the stairs lose a star. Everyone in our group enjoyed their lunch but choices for some palates was a little limited. Would...

Excellent. Either a single menu with a variety of home made products, or self service with equally good food.

The terrace is just the right place to be when the sun is out and the temperature is nice.

This is rather affordable. There's a real restaurant where you can get a menu to share with everybody with multiple starters, main dishes and and awesome homemade fruit tart (see picture). I don't know if you can order anything else like that in a traditional restaurant.

There's also a self-service which is also good especially things which are made on demand like the omelets. Desserts are...

Cosy, authentic mountain lodge with ample seating indoors in the log fire heated bar or out on the terrace with mountain views and lunchtime sunshine. Friendly staff, quick service and reasonably priced, well worth a visit if you are skiing down towards Villaroger, look out for the blue painted signs to La Ferme on the piste.
