Restaurant Le Bistrot du Praz — Restaurant in Albertville

I was extremely satisfied with ever aspect of this restaurant. I will start with the decor. It was very cozy and clean and has a beautiful outdoor seating area with a fire. I didn't sit there on this occasion as it began to snow but I must say it is very inviting. I looked on the menu before entering and noticed there are no vegan options on however the menu did state that if you have any allergies or dietary requirements not to hesitate in asking the staff as they do their best to accommodate you. I informed the staff I was vegan and after speaking with the kitchen they were able to offer me a variety of options. I had the choice of grilled veggie salad, cauliflower soup and a Thai curry. I chose the Thai curry and when it arrived I was nothing but impressed! The food we are was amazing! We also had a side salad which had a delicious dressing! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The price was a bit expensive but I think this is just the regular price here in courchevel....

Quite a decline in food quality compared to a few years ago. Ordered dish of the day. It was pasta (attempted Orecchiette) swimming/drowned in heavy cream sauce with black truffle shavings on top. It was so sad to see the black truffle shavings wasted on this uncreative and disgusting dish. Also, the restaurant lacks proper ventilation. Be ready for your clothes to smell like cooking oil. Staff attitude was not over friendly. The tea cups were chipped. Overall a catastrophic experience.

Please note that I've been to your restaurant at least 6 times before Covid. Previously I left 5 star reviews for you. Also anonymously.

Outstanding family restaurant. Our family spend an evening here enjoying the wonderfully warm atmosphere and the outstanding cuisine of this lovely restaurant. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and that, combined with the food and wine made for such a memorable evening for all of us. Definitely recommended to all who are thinking...
