You may like a restaurant in a beautiful location with a lovely atmosphere. You might prefer one with incredible food that's a mouthwatering mix of regional/local and fusion. Perhaps you value excellent service... Good news, Inicio has it all! It also helps that it's run by the two most wonderful people in the restaurant business, Guillaume & Yazmin, what a combo! The most charming of men and a chef whom, whatever she makes, regardless of whether it's something I normally like, I'm eating it and 100% confident it will be delicious. I'm already thinking about my meal when I'm back next year!

Sincerely the best restaurant in the area. I like to come around to hike and bike, and it’s not a problem at all to drive an hour or 2 to come back again. Yasmine and Guillaume are the best duo you can imagine. The rest of the team as well of course. Highly recommend, insane price-quality. Nowhere to be found in NL for example. The pictures speak for themselves. Thanks so much!

We came here for a lunch, and it was surprisingly good. Can you believe entree, main, and desert was only €22!? And this is a restaurant with very smart and nice service, Michelin like presentation and very nice and unique dishes, with the added bonus of vegetables from the plantation literally in the back garden. The best place in Carmaux.
