Such a great find and well-worth the walk from Annecy to get authentic Italian food off the beaten path (especially if you're looking for good pasta in Annecy). Our meal was fresh, delicious and you could taste the quality ingredients - we had a truffle pasta with burrata and a wood-fire margherita pizza with a dollop of burrata as well. The tomato base in particular on the pizza was really tasty and we so regretted not being able to go the next night to try some other pastas like their gnocchi and lasagne!The owners were so warm, inviting and generous and made it a memorable evening. They also own 2 other restaurants - one Aix Les Bains and the other in Chamonix if I remember correctly. Definitely a high recommendation.

La pĂąte prĂ©parĂ©e Ă  l'avance avec soin par le pizzaiolo avec un mĂ©lange bien prĂ©ci fait toute la diffĂ©rence avec les concurrents. La cuisson est parfaite et le dosage des ingrĂ©dients mĂ©trisĂ© Ă  souhait. J'ai pris la pizza du moment: tomate, buratta, speck, noisettes grillĂ©es, pesto ... C'est sans aucun doute non pas une des pizzas mais LA meilleure des pizzas que je n'ai jamais mangĂ©e. C'est une adresse a connaĂźtre absolument. AprĂšs plusieurs mois c'est toujours un rĂ©gal. À connaĂźtre absolument 😉

Les ingrĂ©dients sont de qualitĂ© et il y a juste ce qu il faut. Je leur donne un 10/10. Nous avons trouvĂ© notre pizzeria, la meilleure des environs. Nous y retournerons dĂšs que possible 😊😊👍👍 Je recommande vivement. Attention pensez bien Ă  rĂ©server.

The wife and I have been traveling in France for the past 3 weeks following the #USWNT on their quest for the World Cup. Staying in Lyon we decided on a day trip to Aix-les-Bains and did some hiking from Le Revard.
