Chicken is very expensive on this side of Annecy. A few pieces floating in a tomato soup. The chicken was not tender, a bit hard, and that is a first for me in France: an Indian restaurant where they can't prepare a good chicken. And such runny sauce is also a first when it comes to Indian cuisine.
The vegetable byriani was rather dry. The 'sauce' was precisely two spoons of yogurt, with two cubes of onion, and two pieces of something else. How could they do it? Do they have a magical spoon that catches precisely one piece of each ingredient?
The plain basmati was perfect. I guess I have enjoyed this the most, but I have gotten accustomed to get the side dish included in the price of the main dish. Just one smalll suggestion is that the service can be more organised. It can be made a bit smoother. Maybe more people...
