We travel a lot. I usually cook in our RV or hotel with a kitchen. This trip we decided to stay at a campground on the hill near Annecy France. Instead of riding our bikes down the hill for a restaurant we decided to try the campground bistro. Holy moly. Delicious. We had Fondue and Caesar salad. Delicious. The next day we decided to go again. My husband had the beef tartar and I had the Caesar salad again. We had wine, water and walked out paying under 100euro. Amazing!

Repas du soir en ambiance venteuse et froide en terrasse, les serveurs prennent la peine de donner des plaids pour ne pas avoir froid et profiter de la vue, c'est super. Toutefois le temps d'attente est long 50 mins pour avoir le plat sans couverts (en terrasse au froid pour rappel) après quelques minutes d'attentes après les avoir réclamés nous les avons donc prit sur la table innocupé d'à côté. merci d'avoir offert des verres pour l'attente, La quantité du plat du jour à partager est maigre il n'en reste pas moins très bon. Le cadre reste magnifique, mais un repas le midi est recommandé pour les plus frileux

The food is very tasty, however the service is absolutely terrible. We had to wait a really long time for the waitresses to address us even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitresses just stand around not doing anything. When we eventually asked for the menu, the waitress even snapped at us. It’s sad for this restaurant that the bad service outweighs...

The restaurant looks really nice and cozy, but unfortunatly you do not feel welcome. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the waiting time was very long. Even bringing the menu took very long and when we were asking about it, she was totally annoyed. This went on the rest of the evening. So nice food, but no great...
