KFC — Restaurant in Antony

I ordered hot wings and tenders with a drink and fries. The hot wings itself were very nicely seasoned and crispy on the outside and had a nice spice to it. The only issue I had with the wings were that they only gave me drums and not flats besides that the wings were tasty. The tenders were very nice although lacking a bit of flavor but can be easily fixed with some barbecue sauce also very nicely coated and crispy. Customer service was pretty good the lady was nice to me and they got my order wrong but they nicely replaced it and said sorry so that’s a plus everyone makes mistakes. I’m gonna cut to the chase the fries were not nice at all not seasoned very well, barely has the taste of potato’s, very soggy and oily barely rinsed. Would I eat here again? Definitely as the chicken itself was delicious but...

Qick and a good price for KFC. Really stand out one of the staff that also works at the drive-through that spoke English fluently. She explained me all the offers and proposed me the best one for my interest. Efficient and professional at a high level. I have to say that the chicken wings were a bit cold, but they have replaced them immediately with fresh ones. Recommend to everyone that is in the zone. ( go on Thursday, they have some special offers) ! Overall 5 stars.

staff is friendly but managers are horrible, they talk down at you and insult you if you dare to demand respect. I understand difficult working conditions but it shouldn’t be an excuse to take it on customers.
