Not to be missed. A gem in the heart of Saignon, facing an iconic church. Chef Mathieu and his wife Déborah offer high-quality dishes that showcase regional and seasonal products—the menu isn’t extensive, but there’s a good reason for that! For example, this week, we ordered a surf-and-turf starter with andouillette that even won over my uncle, who usually prefers traditional flavors. The desserts, especially the ice cream, are a must-try. The wine list is memorable, with a selection directly from their meticulously chosen cellar (we opted for a Bandol rosé). I also highly recommend the Gin T'Olive, not to be missed, garnished with small flowers sprinkled on top. They are delightful and attentive; this restaurant alone is worth the trip to the village.
Read moreWe ate here several times during a one-month stay in Saignon and loved every meal. The food was excellent (when we got home, I immediately set about trying to replicate their chestnut soup). The couple who run the restaurant (he's in the kitchen, she runs the front of house) were always gracious and friendly. They never showed any impatience with my appalling French or my wife's need for gluten-free dishes. We have fond memories of our dinners there and wish them both the very best...

Food - local and simple, but very delicious. Will definitely come back to this charming place. One of...
