B Comme Bistrot — Restaurant in Arcachon

Very cute restaurant with nice garden. Service was fast, staff polite. We had avocado toast and vegetarian burgers. They were tasty, although not exceptional.

All three meals were spicy, which was not indicated on the menu. I normally don't mind, but this time It was a problem for us as we were eating there with a 7 year old child who could only eat the fries. In most restaurants, waiters warn customers , especially if they are with a child.

Food prices for the burgers are okay. The avocado toast is way overpriced, but good size...

Arrived in Ares and stopped here on a whim. Fantastic spot near the beach to have lunch or dinner. Terrasse seating is available and very cute. Can’t say enough about the food. Chipiron/calamari was delicious. Cote de cochon du pays Basque/ Basque pork chop was very juicy with a side salad and fries. The deserts were all to die for. Make sure you ask for the Banofee. Cadre très accueillant et moderne, personnel très gentil, au petit soin! Nous avons prix deux menu à 36 euros avec un foie gras et poêlée de chipirons en entrée, vraiment excellent ! Suivis d'un steak de thon avec une crème de petit pois et une entrecôte avec des frites. Petite moins sur l'entrecôte un peu trop cuite à mon goût et qui ressemblait plus a une bavette, je suis peut être tombé sur un mauvais morceau ? Pour finir au dessert, une assiette de fromage avec une très bonne sélection ainsi qu'une brioche perdue accompagnée d'une boule de vanille, incroyablement bon! Seul petite remarque sur le vin, nous avions commandé deux verres de vin (un Languedoc et un Chilien très bon !) mais servi trop froid, nous avons dû attendre un petit quart d'heure que le vin se réchauffe pour profiter pleinement de leurs saveurs.
