There were good and bad things. The decoration inside is nice. The menu includes entree, dish and dessert for € 45. We were offered 3 menu options: one with meat, another with fish and a third vegetarian. We got the second one. Entree was weird, to be honest. It was oyster with kiwi.. the oysters didn’t feel quite fresh, a bit warm. The main dish was 3 pieces of noix de saint Jacques (scallops) fried (weird) and with vanilla. It was ok, but it could well have been calamari and we wouldn’t have noticed it because there was a lot going on. The dessert was fantastic! With orange, mandarin, meringa, really wow! The service wasn’t great. Quite bad actually. They don’t put bread on the table, they don’t let you taste the wine, the (white) wine wasn’t cold, they won’t remind you what some dishes are, and the bill was wrong… I know they are new, but they still have a lot to adjust. Great potential though, we took it lightly and had some laughs, but probably not the place to have your fancy date night…

Things to consider: we went at night, maybe during the day the view is breathtaking and makes it all better. Maybe the service was having a bad day, or maybe you are just...

This is a must try experience in arcachon.

Great place facing the bassin. Lovely and quiet atmosphere, high level service, everyone very attentive and welcoming. The cuisine is amazing. Very good food experience. Everything is made of fresh and seasonal ingredients, fantastic technique to present every dish eye-catching and yummy.

The upper level is reach when you taste your meal. Always surprising, always generous, always tasty and most importantly you won’t have tried it before.

Great wines available, didn’t get the place to try this bad Armagnac presented at the service table. But will surely come back for all this reasons

Nous avons déjeuné ce midi en famille dans ce joli restaurant. L accueil y est sympathique le cadre est magnifique. Nous avions choisi le menu complet à 69€ par personne plus l accord mets et vins. Hélas le service a été catastrophique limite surprenant : pas de pain servi régulièrement sous prétexte qu’il était au four ? Le pain arrivait donc après le plat … Le vin censé être en accord lui aussi servi après le plat ? (Il a fallu réclamer ..) Pas d explication sur les verres de vin (réponse du serveur : vous avez déjà lu la carte !). Et à peine plus d explication sur les plats.

Quand nous partons en laissant une note de plus de 500€ nous sommes déçus de cette incohérence resto 5* et le service. Il y a sûrement une explication à autant de retard, maladresse et manque de rigueur ?

On a aussi proposé à plusieurs reprises le pain à ma maman intolérante au gluten. Pas vraiment digne d’un grand restaurant.

Nous étions là pour des anniversaires que nous avions pourtant signalé : aucune attention particulière.

En bref Cuisine agréable mais largement desservi par le reste....
