Disappointing - This place was recommended by the taxi driver on the way in to Lourdes. When we arrived at the restaurant initially they suggested they didn't have a table free but we pointed one out to them that was outside and they allowed us to sit down. Lesson for Life - If a waiter in a busy restaurant takes your order without writing anything down, it's highly unlikely that he's going to get your order right.

I was correct, despite repetition of our order. I ordered a 1664 Blanc, got a Leffe Blonde. We ordered chips to share, none came. Those things I thought it was easier to accept, but I had to ask them to return the incorrect pizza as it had Anchovies and Artichokes on it (who does that to a pizza).

No apology for the incorrect​ pizza either.

We also had two glasses brought to our table for table water but no water jug arrived.

This shambolic service didn't appear to be contained to just our table unfortunately.

The waiting staff couldn't be less interested either. One particular​ waiter, when we were paying, didn't thank us for coming and dashed off as if he was doing a drug deal when he gave us the receipt.

Went here at the recommendation of a friend. Probably some of the worst Italian food I've ever had ... Gnocchi was incredibly starchy, almost inedible and freezing cold. It was nearly impossible to get past the first bite. The lasagna Bolognese had a lot of hard bits in it - presumably from the meat. We also ordered two drinks which never came and yet we were still charged for them - an extra $10! We only realized it when we had left and didn't want to go back to deal with it.
