Visited this place based on the reviews. Ordered two starters of Beef Samosa and Vegetable Samosa and then a few mains. When samosa came, we noticed that the supposedly beef samosa had vegetable fillings, so we brought it to the attention of the restaurant. Instead of rectifying the mistake, the person started saying we ate the beef samosa and now were claiming otherwise, although at that point, we had all four somosas remaining at the table, evidently with potato filling. Apparently, the guy thought we would pull a fast one for 0.50 cents (that being the difference in price). Feeling insulted, we decided to leave and asked to pay for the samosa. Instead of charging for the two plates, he charged us for 4 plates of samosa, including two plates of beef samosa. So, not only we not receive any beef samosa, we paid for 4 of them! Upon noticing this, we went back and pointed it out and claimed the money of two plates back. Absolutely the worst restaurant I've ever been too - I'm surprised how restaurants like this stay in business with this type of customer service. I'd absolutely urge people to stay away if they can.

Edit - the owner has replied saying we were trying to get a free meal, when he in fact charged us double for a product he didn't deliver (charged us 17.00 when a plate of vegetable samosa is 4.00 and beef samosa 4.5) until we caught him and demanded the money back. What a joke! Shows the level of unscrupulous behaviour. Not only that, concocts a fake story of other guests, when there wasn't anyone sitting next to us! Not at all a honest business! Absolutely terrible experience! The owner is unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Zero friendliness, just a nasty attitude. The waiting time was ridiculous—had to sit there for 30 to 45 minutes for food that was clearly not fresh. I ordered the mutton kottu, and it was a complete disaster. The mutton curry they used must have been at least three or four days old—the smell was absolutely disgusting. When I pointed it out, the owner couldn’t care less and just ignored me.

A place where vegetarian food without onions and garlic was ordered in advance. But, while they accepted the order, they did not follow it.All the food contained onions and garlic. When pointed out to the owner, he came up with excuses and justifications only. Another horrific observation is that there are multiple deities in the restaurant where alcohol and non vegetarian food is served. This is a grave offence . It should be rectified immediately.
