McDonald's Clichy-la-Garenne — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

Paid for a sundae on July 3rd but received NOTHING. Returned the next day to confront staff, only to have a supervisor blatantly lie claiming the ice cream machine was broken that day When I challenged this, he reluctantly gave me the ice cream but refused to apologize for: Charging me for an unavailable product without warning, Lying about equipment failure to avoid accountability, Wasting my time by forcing a return trip for what I’d already paid for.

The deeper issues : Dishonest Practices : If the machine was broken (doubtful), why take payment? If it wasn’t why lie? Toxic Customer Service : The supervisor’s arrogance was staggering treating a paying customer like a beggar for requesting the product they sold. No Integrity : They only provided the ice cream after being cornered proving they could resolve issues but...

Only went there as Sunday and shops are closed. I get that they think most of their clients are illiterate but that's not the case. These fraudsters for 5.80€ for medium fries and double cheeseburger wanted to sell me sigle cheeseburger and small fries! If I didn't remind them that I got single (only because I looked) they would totally let it go! Unbelievable!!! Train your staff for customer service you deceitful cheating creatures. At least in the UK staff gives what I order and for cheaper price !!!...

4.5 stars. 5 for the food, the burgers are actually very good. The place is clean too and there is a relaxed atmosphere, which leads me to why I deducted a half star, they work quite slow compared to the usual protocol in Mc Donald's around the world, but they seem to be in good mood and have a casual atmosphere between them (staff) so I kind of liked it anyway, they seem in general to be more relaxed in Paris than elsewhere.
