We came for dinner with a reservation. We were seated promptly to a table in the front terrasse. I was surprised to learn that dogs were allowed! :)

Service was attentive, communication was efficient despite a little language barrier.

We had the baba ghanoush to start, as per our waitress’ recommendation since our main would take a while. It was perfectly creamy, a little smokey. The crackers were past charred, tasted too bitter for our palates. The breads were wonderful to have along the dip.

Our main was a côte boeuf to share, which we ordered medium rare and came exactly as asked. It was delicious, well salted, and very filling for two. The fries tasted of beef fat, which is wonderful. The béarnoise was a welcome addition, albeit not essential.

We had...

It's a decent restaurant in a nice location. Everything was going well until my wife's main arrived which was the 80Euro wagyu beef. The beef was so incredibly salty it was inedible and she left most of it. The staff said that the chef had burnt his fingers moments before so was unable to feel how much salt he put on it. OK fair enough, but without wanting to kick up a huge fuss in person and ruin other diners experience as it is an expensive restaurant, I would expect this item to be removed from the bill. Instead they removed 18euros worth of a starter and charged us the full 80euro for the beef. I would expect better from a place like this and it is a shame it ruined our experience.

I must also add that the staff who served us were great...

We are regular visitors to this excellent restaurant in l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and also the sister Michelin-starred le Vivier. Great value menus of really inventive and delicious dishes, an excellent wine list and great service too from really nice staff. Morgane, the GM is charming and efficient. There are also options for tapas-style dishes and some superb barbecue specialities, mainly to share. Talented chef! We sat in the delightful new glassed in courtyard - very comfortable seating. The decor is brilliant, too, by the very talented Pauline of local interior design studio "Un Vingtieme". There us also an outdoor terrace and the main restaurant space for the cooler seasons. Very...

We had an incredible Sunday lunch at Solelh. The ambiance was magnificent; the servers were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable; and the food and drink were exceptional. We sat on the porch to catch some sunlight, a perfect addition to our meal. Everything we ate was wonderfully creative, and we especially loved the lentil crackers with turmeric hummus and the key lime dessert with meringue. Solelh is elevated, creative, energetic, and a treat for all the senses.
