Nous avions l’habitude de nous restaurer à l’Isle sur Sorgue et nous étions déjà venus auparavant dans ce restaurant, on avait apprécié la qualité des plats. Ce qui n’a pas été le cas pour moi lors de ma récente visite malheureusement. Arrivés là-bas, le personnel fut très accueillant et très sympathique. Une planche nous a été servie et elle était bonne j’ai pas grand chose à redire là-dessus. Néanmoins j’ai commandé les pâtes au pesto servies avec buratta et chips de jambon cru. Présenté comme cela j’en avais l’eau à la bouche mais une fois arrivé ma bouche s’est asséché… Les pâtes trop cuites mais en plus froides, servies avec une buretta par dessus posé sans rien, j’aurais pensé un peu plus élaboré vu le prix du plat, la chips de jambon cru était ma foi pas mauvaise mais rien de transcendant.
