We arrived, having booked a table, with our little dog and were pointed to our table and asked if our dog would like water, so we were very happy with the greeting. Unfortunately, we were then ignored for 30 minutes. When the waitress finally came to speak to us, we could only order drinks from her and had to wait for someone else to order food. By this time 3 other tables had left without ordering as they served tables in a very random order. Whilst the menu of the day looked good value, we just went for a main course as we couldn't wait that long to be served. Extra drinks we ordered never arrived.
