The restaurant and menu has had an upgrade, since I was last here in 2016. I was shown a 3 course set menu for 25€. They have a full à la carte menu, but for some reason they were pushing the set menu, and I wasn't given the option. The service was good and attentive. I started with the duck pathivier (pie) which was rich and meaty, but there was something not quite right in the balance of flavours. Main course was fillet of sea bream with gorgonzola risotto, which looked great and was extremely tasty. Pudding was a sort of chocolate fondant in creme anglais, which was a little underwhelming. Overall reasonable value for money and nicely presented.

We had a great dinner with the kids at this place. My wife and I both had the 'filet de loup' (no picture unfortunatly, but can be seen on the background of the other dishes). The kids had a burger and the boeuf (see pictures). The white wine (forgot the name but was something like bagatelle) was excellent for a very reasonable price of 28 euro's. The desserts were very good as well. The wife and son both really enjoyed the eclair. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate and I had the cheese. Excellent food, great location, good service and reasonably priced.

A visit that must be taken. Exceptional. Welcoming, warm calm and very well presented decor. Staff that were so happy to be there. Attention to detail. That's all before I mention the food! Delicious, unusual plating. The vegetarian dish was an absolute highlight for my husband...such creativity. This place is a gem.
