L'Amandine — Restaurant in Béziers

3 words; spectacular, memorable, Ce Magnific!!

My wife and I had the immense pleasure to dine at this beautiful restaurant for lunch and dinner on several occasions during our week long stay in vivacious Vias!

The setting is classic chique French village square and we were made to feel completely accepted into the friendly community atmosphere.

With the charismatic Gillian expertly leading the service team we were able to relax and enjoy the excellent wines while the cool breeze and atmosphere was perfect with various entertainment options from live singers to interactive karaoke in the square all complimentary for all the guests.

Then our glorious meals arrived, all prepared and cooked with love and care from the Head Chef and Co Owner Pascall. Everything we enjoyed was delicious and absolutely outstanding!

L’Amandine Restaurant is an absolute must visit when you’re in Vias, 5 Stars all the way!

While on a family holiday in Vias, we wanted to venture slightly away from the touristic high street and try some local places. L'Amandine came up as a first choice on Trip Advisor and we 100% understand why. We absolutely fell in love with this place. All members of staff have outstanding interpersonal skills and friendly attitude. The food was absolutely outstanding ( HUGE complements to the chef Pascal!) and the wine cart is impressive. They went far and beyond to accommodate the taste pallet of our kids and just cooked pasta the way our kids like it. The cosy location brings up the real experience of authentic South of France. The restaurant is run by chef Pascal and his wife Gillian who is not only friendly face but an absolute heart and soul of the place. Our recommendation for you is to visit this place without a doubt. We went there twice in a span of 4 days and if not the shortness of our stay, would definitely be back...

Everything that a small French town restaurant should be! Lovely food, best gambas for a long time. Family run, very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in Vias for the week and enjoyed our visit to L'Amandine so much we made a point of booking for our last night's stay. My wife tells me that the toilets are the best in France.
