L’Air Marin in Deshaies is a true gem! This small family-run restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience with a personal touch. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us, even setting up a table outside on the patio when we asked to dine outdoors. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home.

The other customers were just as delightful—so friendly and welcoming, even though our French wasn’t perfect. It added to the charm and made the evening even more special.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! We ordered the entrecôte steak, which was cooked to perfection, served with crispy fries and fresh vegetables. Arrived a bit late for lunch but were welcomed warmly, although cautioned that they only had fish left for the main dish. We started with some drinks and accras which were excellent. The main dish of grilled fish with vegetables was excellent as well. The service (one waitress to do everything) was efficient, friendly, and professional. Despite clients arriving even later than us, the waitress continued to welcome them warmly and do the best she could. The location is wonderful, just across the main road from a beach. We have been renting close by and we have been to this place almost every day - once for lunch and twice for dinner. The food was excellent every time (and we have tried different things :), and so was everything else - the welcome, the service, the interaction. Les moules were one of the best I've had (and there have been many). Thank-you!
