Really lovely dining experience. Exquisite views and beautiful food. Our favourite so far in Corsica. Its Google rating really does not reflect the quality of this restaurant. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had the snapper. Perhaps we chose the right dishes, but both were absolutely freshly prepared, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Visité récemment, le restaurant est très bien placé, la terrasse offre une vue magnifique, le service était impeccable. Nous avons commandé des pâtes aux langoustes qui étaient tout à fait à la hauteur pour un lieu de ce type et pour le prix, et une salade qui était sans aucune exagération ou mauvaise foi de la qualité d'un snack de fête foraine malgré un prix très élevé (saumon fumé de supermarché, œuf dur gris tellement il était trop cuit, morceaux de pain de mie blanc de supermarché en guise de croutons, dressage et sauce quelconques). Il ristorante è un po' nascosto e per arrivarci bisogna passare dalla piscina dell'hotel ma merita la strada per arrivarci. Il panorama è stupendo, a picco sul mare. Certo i prezzi non sono alla portata di tutti anche secondo gli standard della Corsica ma il cibo è eccellente. Abbiamo fatto i complimenti al cuoco per come ci ha preparato il branzino al sale.
