Le O2 Verdun in Biarritz offers a cozy atmosphere with friendly, fast service that makes dining a pleasure. From start to finish, each dish was a delight. We began with bonbon croustillant au serano and foie gras mi-cuit maison, both starters packed with flavor and beautifully presented. For mains, the morue rôtie (roasted cod) was perfectly cooked—tender and fresh. The brochettes de gambas with risotto were equally delicious, with creamy, well-seasoned risotto that complemented the succulent prawns.
For dessert, we tried the refreshing ananas avec sorbet and a rich fondant au chocolat—both perfect sweet finales.
During the dinner time, we saw many walk-in diners were declined as the resto was fully booked though it’s in low season. Thus highly recommended to make a booking to secure your table.
