Nice venue with potential, but the entitled and slow staff really ruin the experience. I’ve been here a few times to meet friends, but I’ve consistently been disappointed by the arrogant and unresponsive customer service.
I'm not going to lie, it's not my first time in Lobita, this will be the 4th time I travel to Biarritz and return to Lobita. I know that the coffee is very good, that I will always be surprised by the homemade cookies and breads, and that if not I can always order the pancakes with egg and bacon (spoiler: they are spectacular). I recommend it 100%, if you like specialty coffee, different coffee shops, and a great breakfast (they also have lunch). If you are in downtown Biarritz, they have a stall in the market to buy something sweet and have a coffee.

I really like the coffee here; it is not bitter and has a smooth taste. The Basque cheesecake is my favorite; it melts in your mouth and is not overly sweet. I really like...
