Burger King — Restaurant in Belley

We arrived in town on a Sunday and could find no restaurants open so had to visit here as a last resort. Our local BK on Dornbirn is really disappointing but this place is terrible. We waited 40 minutes watching the progress of our order on the screen, then it just disappeared! My wife went with our receipt to check what happened and the counter guy was good trying to help, checking off our order as he and a helper hand assembled it for us. After 10 minutes our order was complete but the kids still ended up with mustard on the burgers despite our 'have it your way' instructions for no ketchup, mustard, pickles etc. Rather than go back for even more hassle we did our best to scrape off what we could.

Most other customers standing and waiting for their orders were also waiting over 30 minutes!

The food was soggy, luke warm, and looked nothing like the menu pictures. The desserts, ordered separately after our meal were especially bad.

Chicken wings listed as 1 out of 3 chillies (mild) for spicy rating but the kids couldn't eat them and I would rate them as a 2.5 out of 3 even though I enjoy spicy food.

We had to clear and clean a table before using it and found the tiny recepticle holes for the waste tray frustrating to use. After this it required a visit to the restrooms to queue to use the sink to wash off the muck and sauce from somebody else's leftovers that we had to squeeze into the overflowing recepticles. This was even worse by the time it came to disposing of our own waste!

The whole place felt a bit yucky, toilets and sinks smelly with soggy paper all over the floor. The standard of tiling from the builders is apprentice standard and just adds to the whole shoddy experience.

In short this BK was so bad, don't visit this town on a Sunday unless your hotel has its own restaurant, and in that event, still check that it will be open...

Today. Around 13:44. Visited burger king for the first time. One if not the best meals i had in fast food. I had to wait A bit longer, but those daries with chedar and bacon just was something on other level🤌🏾. And chiken sandwich the same🤌🏾. Tripple cheese burger if had some letucce or smt would be great. Shiutout to girl with plasters on the ears(sadly), but very positive and smiling A lot. Really the best Service in A long...

Alors mes enfants depuis l'ouverture du "restaurant" le préféré a l'autre enseigne déjà implanté depuis de nombreuses années sur Meximieux, personnellement je ne vois pas trop de différence si ce n'est sur le service..plusieurs oublie dans le passé (jamais en plus toujours en moins, mais bon on vas pas refaire 10km pour un sandwich).Mais ce soir le 09/08/23 a 20h39 préparation 80 on a atteint le pom-pom pas de possibilité de scanner le code pour cumulé les points (une serviette en papier est scotché dessus..?) Je pose la question pour donne mon numéro on me répond pas maintenant :"au moment l'encaissement c'est bien !"au moment de payé je demande on me dit c'est trop tard la serveuse commence par me dire qu'elle ne sais pas faire (stressée et apeuré par la situation) je lui demande comment je fait, elle ne me répond pas et continue de me servir...je demande à voir le manager qui viens et qui me dit c'est trop tard, je m'explique auprès de lui qui me dit d'envoyer un mail à Burger King avant de me claqué la fenêtre au nez...pas très commerçant. Je vais donc envoyer un mail à Burger King et allé me reservir sur l'ancienne enseigne... Je ne recommande pas l'ambiance a pas l'aire top pour les salariés et le client un fois qu'il a payé n'en...
