My wife and I have been traveling full time for over five years. We have had some fantastic restaurants all over the world and some really bad ones, many we share on our YT or FB Group. This one falls in the latter category. We were joined in Normandy with my wife’s parents visiting from the US. We were site seeing in the city and decided to find a spot for lunch. Initially we sat outside, after 20 minutes of no acknowledgment I asked inside if anyone was working outside, a polite guy behind the bar seemed concerned and a few more minutes later a young lady appeared to help. During this time smokers surrounded the area, my father in-law who is almost 80 has Asthma so we decided to move inside. We saw a table that was not clean and asked if we could use it. The waiter was visibly upset that we wanted the table, he cleaned it off with a poor attitude ensuring we knew he was not pleased. We ordered our food, see the photo of my burned croque monsieur, this was an embarrassment of an offering. Due to his attitude I decided not to complain, my wife’s food was unappealing and tasted worse, we felt as though we were intentionally provided terrible food. My in-laws were somewhat satisfied with their food, which is The only reason it gets a two stars and not a one star. Then as we paid the check the waiter asked where we are from, not in a curious way but an interrogation manner. We said we were from the US and he looked back towards someone we couldn’t see and put a thumb up with squished facial expression. Having lived in Europe the past 4 years and for 7 years of my life I know what he’s insinuating. We have traveled over 50 countries, have videos viewed 3.6 million times and 38k subscribers on YT as well as a FB group with 31k members where we show people of all nationalities what it’s like to live abroad. This establishment reflects the extreme negative stereotypes some have of the French that we are often hear of but seldom see. We obviously will not be promoting this restaurant to our followers. Save your 17 euros per person and find another place.

Lovely flavour - the apple cider infused flavor was highly recommended. When ordering the burger it is a tasty heafty piece of lean meat. Delicious!! Soup of the day was onion- $7. 😋

A mouth full of half cold stirred milk (what a dirty taste!) which should go for a cappucino, it was the worst coffee we ever had, price 4,50 and on top of that they ask terrasmoney (0,20 p.p.). Never seen that. Where else should we sit? In the kitchen? There was nowhere a pricelist for drinks, If you want to make a bad start of your...
