Burgers & Co — Restaurant in Blois

So bad. No one finished even 1/4 of what they ordered. Guy seems earnest, but everything was terrible. Fries soggy AND burnt (I'm guessing his oil's not hot enough to get them crispy), burgers drowning in ketchup (literally dripping from every side) and inconsistently cooked. Even more disappointing because he appears to be using fresh ingredients - I saw freshly cut potatoes behind the counter, and the bun was a good brioche. Has potential if he can learn to cook, and this town needs some more quick...

Family friendly. The food was tasty. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The burgers were thick and juicy and properly cooked throughout. The buns were golden and sweet and robust.

They are doing some renovations? Sorry my French isn’t as good as it needs to be. It could use a cleaning in the dining room to finish the experience....

Accepted credit card. Both our burgers were tasty, reasonably priced, and better than anything on the menu at the chateau cafes. The veggie burger is a "boca burger" style soy veggie patty. They made our burgers to order. The fries were...
