Basilic thaï — Restaurant in Bonneville

I am an Asian American from California who is working in France. Drove out of the way on my way back to Annecy. The 5.0 stars are well deserved. The owner spoke very good English and explained all the items on display. He said the pad Thai is prepared fresh so call ahead of next time I do not want to wait. Most of food is prepared already ready to be taken or eaten there by reheating. There are chairs and tables. I was very much craving spring rolls or rouleau de printemps crevettes en francais. They also have nem which is an egg roll or sometimes called a spring roll. That one is easy to mix in translation. I ordered the green curry with chicken and eggplant and it exactly what I needed. Just a little bit of spice but should be ok for the French palette. In the US, Thai food can be very spicy but this was not at all. Just enough for the flavor.
