We stayed in Bègles for 10 days and went to Le Tranchoir several times during our stay. We have to say it was a very positive experience. The food was lovely. We tried the sandwich Végé, a salad, various cakes, a wrap and much more. Great that they offer a vegetarian option. This morning, before going to the airport, I went a last time to get 2 croissants Duja (with Hazelnut cream) and got offered a third one because it was small. I noticed that she packed my Croissant from a different section of the boulangerie from the ones on the display. I was suspicious at first but I let it go. On leaving the boulangerie and eating the Croissant, it was clear that it was not fresh, probably a day old. (The fact that it was packed from a different section of the boulangerie and turning out not fresh is what pissed me off)....
