McDonald's — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Ordered ketchup, got pommes frites sauce. Fries were cold and undercooked. When we went back to the counter to report, they said they could do nothing about it. Welcome to France! Meal delivered to the table without paper napkins. Not to be found anywhere in the restaurant. Had to go back to the counter to ask. Staff speaks hardly any English. And that at exploded prices! Stear away and eat somewhere else.

Well, surprise. McDo responded. We were to take contact if we were getting ill from eating the undercooked chips... In their reply however they totally ignore the fact that we addressed the problem with their staff and we were told to walk away and stop...

Inedible food. The containers where the food is served were dirty, I imagine they must have been filled without washing them. Raw CBO, raw MCchiken. Dirty trays when the order was delivered. The smell in the children's area is horrible!!! Not to mention that the area was completely dirty, we had to go and get wet wipes to clean it. In the end, we didn't enjoy a good meal because we didn't eat anything just imagining what the service in the kitchen must be like. I'm sorry, but we will never go back to this establishment, even though the children's activity area is huge, a plus, we like to see the children happy but we also like to...

7 min au drive ou personne rentre en contact on reste en plan,puis une voix même pas d'excuse pour l'attente, enfin il y a une voiture avant et moi c'est pas le rush non plus,le mec prend ma commande en plus de celle d'avant j'en étais à 42€ heureusement je lui dit ce n'est pas ma commande il efface tout et obligé de repasser commande.encore perte de temps c'est pas comme si j'avais un.boulot et 1h de pause Arrive le paiement ou il me fait la même il me sort la commande davant il se souvenait plus de ce que j'avais commandé 20 sec avant c'est fabuleux un vrai sketch et biensur pas d'excuse ce serait pas drôle sinon. Puis comme à son habitude oublie d'articles heureusement je vérifie et jinterpelle la serveuse mais j'ai eu l'air de la derange en haussant les epaules et biensur excusez moi c'est trop leur demander. Quand je lis certains commentaires je pense que la direction devrait se poser des questions car pour avoir manger à l'intérieur l'an dernier je me souviens d'une salle mal entretenue, tables sales,j'ai pas été aux sanitaires mais j'ai bien fait je pense . Faut arrêter de répondre un message préconçue vous faites rien pour améliorer moi depuis 2 ans je suis jamais satisfait il y a toujours quelque chose.je voulais voir si ça avait changé dans le bénéfice du doute mais c'est la dernière que...
