IZEE Espace Jaurès — Restaurant in Brest

I Visited this branch today around 1630 as this is a place we usually have coffee or tea with our family. We come here often. There was a young lady with blond/brown hair serving drinks and food today who was extremely rude. I ordered matcha latte and a muffin - the muffin was very cold so I went to tell her that it was very cold and There was no way to bite it and enjoy that muffin. When I went to the counter the young lady was extremely rude - didn’t allow me explain and when I tried she told me I didn’t let her speak. I understand French but I can’t speak very well. I was very angry but I didn’t want to make scene there as she was aggressive. She had no respect for her clients. It was an easy solution to just warm up the muffin but instead she refused to listen to me and told me there’s no other option and I insisted that I can’t eat very cold muffin. Je suis une cliente assez assidue de l enseigne Izee et je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner des avis mais là c est le bouquet. Je suis très déçue et très désagréablement surprise de l attitude du soi disant responsable de IEZEE Jaurès ce Mercredi 24 Avril vers 18 heures. Je commande un Maccito (café +chocolat) à 3. 25 et un expresso. Mais dès que je vois le fameux Maccito (servi dans une petite tasse ce qui n est pas normal car en général c est servi dans un grand verre, un vrai jus de chaussette que je ne pouvais absolument pas boire, du coup je rends la tasse et je dit au Monsieur ( "aimable" comme une porte de prison, raide comme un piquet, froid sans aucun sens commercial) que je n en veut pas et que je commande un café allongé en espérant Qu il allait me faire un geste commercial vu que je suis une fidèle cliente de IEZEE Jaurès depuis longtemps ... Que néni..... Il encaisse mon café..... J étais tellement choquée que je lui fait la remarque ! Il ne veut rien entendre. Je lui mets un CARTON ROUGE à ce sois disant responsable qui n a rien de responsable ni de commercial qui ne mérite absolument pas d être à cet endroit contrairement aux serveurs qui sont super sympa. Pour finir, j en ai parlé à des amis qui ont eu remarqué que dés fois le café chez IZZE était comme du jus de chaussette ! Donc, y a un gros problème de ce côté.... Je suis très en colère et dégoutée de l attitude de ce Monsieur. CARTON...
