I set 5 stars because the shop has so much charm, it’s hidden, so much effort has been put into the decoration to bring Japan to Brest. Amazing effort and it works. You enter the shop and you’re almost in Japan. What I wish to see improved however would be: the welcome to make it more Japanese with an “Irrasshaimase!!!” that would transport customers too another country right away. Regarding the food I took gyoza and the seasonal ramen. Gyoza, home made were really original and delicious! Not the same taste as what I encountered in Japan but very good, among the bests! Ramen, there is a lot to say. It’s not there yet. First there was too much beef. It might sound good but too much beef means more to eat, more to cook and also a soup taste that fades away behind the meat taste. I think meat should be there to dress up the base: soup and men.

All of those feedbacks a problem overall as everything is very high quality and very good. There only real problem I want to share is: the soup was NOT burning hot. It was actually barely hot. Same for the 5 other ramen we ordered. A ramen should be very hot to be great, every ramen shop in Japan knows that. So I hope Yokota will also improve that crucial point.

Because of that, the soup tasted for some too salty and the meat I had was a bit uncooked (lack of heat).

Thanks for opening this AMAZING shop. I wish you the best for what’s to come and I’ll be happy to go again.

PS: I live in Japan and I love ramen, my feedback is meant to be there to improve the final result, I hope it...

The best ramen in town! It has been long time I didn't ate delicious ramen like that bravo this little restaurant is like a hidden gem. Love their Chicken Karaage crispy, juicy and full of flavor 😋 i also tried their chicken ramen (tori yuzu), it was so delicious and generous!😋 my partner loves his tantan-men, it was spicy and packed of flavor. I hope in the future they can add tantan-men with chicken/beef in their menu, because I love spicy ramen toođŸ˜‹đŸ€© and for drinks well Genmaicha always be my favy. Definitely reccomend this...
