Le Pêché Gourmand in Briançon definitely earns a solid five stars from me! During my recent visit, I hadn't mentioned my vegetarian preferences in advance, yet they crafted a fantastic dish just for me. Their flexibility and effort to accommodate dietary needs were truly impressive.

It's worth considering informing them ahead of time if you have specific dietary requirements. Nevertheless, I appreciated their ability to adapt without notice.

Chanced upon this lovely little restaurant while treating ourselves to a rest day lunch, and what a pleasant surprise. Run by a Franco-Australian couple, the service was impeccable and the food top class. Reasonably priced and unpretentious and well worth treating yourself to a visit. Great fine dining at reasonable price. The 3-course menu was perfect. Highly recommend the scallop for starter, and the pear and chocolate tart desserts were excellent.
