I was passing through Langeac on a trans France bike ride and happened on this place. The galette with salad was a full meal. Chips are on offer if you need them. Un vrai régal du début à la fin ! De l’entrée au dessert, tout était fait maison et absolument délicieux. Les saveurs étaient parfaitement équilibrées, les cuissons maîtrisées, et chaque plat avait ce petit « quelque chose » en plus qui fait toute la différence. L’entrée donnait déjà le ton avec une belle présentation et des produits frais. Le plat principal était généreux et savoureux, et le dessert… une pure gourmandise pour finir en beauté !
