Benazir — Restaurant in Caen

I visited Benazir today (December 7th 2019) and honestly WOW! The restaurant is very cozy, the decor is just terrific, and it's very warm and welcoming just like its staff. The owner was very very nice and helpful, the staff was pretty nice and cheerful. The food was amazing, I ordered chicken biryani and it's by far the absolute BEST chicken biryani I've ever tasted. The menu is filled with various choices and is in my humble opinion suitable for everyone and their food preferences. If you want to spend a fun&decent family evening, or a friends' night out or even eat out alone, I recommend this restaurant 💯/💯. I'm completely satisfied with my evening, definitely...

The food was okay, but the hospitality was very bad: The manager barley greeted me, told me to go sit down. After 3 minutes into the restaurant, he came for the order. As i was asking him questions about the menu, he took it, and left. While eating, the delivery guy came, and the owner shouted at him for being too early. Then he had a big fight over the phone in the middle of the restaurant for 10 minutes, followed by a loud discussion in the kitchen for 20 minutes. It was annoying and they didn't care. At the end, while paying, the owner gave me the bill and sneezed on it, so it was all wet...

Very disappointed with the service and with the food, not upto the standard at all . First of all the resturant shef made a promise to come and visit and we will prepare your food from scratch and we have to wait 35 min for the food which we agreed. But when we arrived he bring the food in 5 min which we all don't like, and incomplete order with no salad and no chips which we orderd for the kids. And after serving the food no waiter came to ask if we need anything or not and we waited for bread to serve..very disappointed with service . Will not...
